Place the meat, skin side up on the preheated, oiled grilling rack of the barbecue, cover with the hood of the bbq or cover with foil. Stand in a warm, sunny place for 20 minutes or until dough doubles in size. Turnover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and crisp. Stir in fish or seafood; simmer, stirring often for 5 min or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork or seafood is hot. Stir in lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
